Daughter and I put our heads together to come up with this, though, of course, I did all the work. I knew this garment had to be daughter’s choice, or she would not wear it. We gave it a very tailored look by shaping it with darts and doing set-in sleeves. This sweater is made with worsted weight acrylic yarn, but it’s made to sort of mimic the tight cardigans that seem to be made of cotton blend jersey. Hopefully, this acrylic yarn will be durable. I’m much more inclined to work with wool, but daughter wanted no part of that.
